CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations greatly impact our schedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your treatment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of you appointment. This helps us respect the time of our providers and other clients hoping to book appointments.

CHILDREN IN THE CLINIC

For the safety of your children and to maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room or clinic during appointments. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our space safe and serene.
